Terms of service
Copyright/USAGE POLICY
- Commissions are for personal use.
- You can use it for icons, wallpapers, personal galleries, TTPRGs, share it on your social media profiles, print it for personal use, etc.
- You can not reproduce and use the artwork commercially unless you paid for commercial rights, claim the artwork as your own, or alter the artwork without my consent.
- You can upload it on your social media profiles only with proper credit given to me.
- If you are interested in purchasing the commercial rights to make money from the artwork, additional charges of 300% of the original price will apply.
- I retain full ownership and copyright on the commissioned artwork and have the right to share it on my social media profiles unless you ask for a private commission. You will have the right to the character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Pricing and payment
- Payment method through PayPal, in USD$. Payment can be upfront or be made after the approval of sketches.
- Price and turnaround time will vary depending on the complexity of the commission.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission request.
- Major additions or corrections may be subject to additional fees and will be discussed before any changes are made.
- Complicated designs or backgrounds have an extra fee and will make the turnaround time longer.
- Creating a new character design from scratch (no images references and only a simple written description) will result in a 20% to 40% extra fee, depending on complexity.
- No refunds will be given after the completion of the artwork.
- If I failed to or cannot deliver your commission, you will be fully refunded.
- If you decide to cancel the commission after the payment, you will be refunded partially, depending on how much work was already put into the commission.
- If you cancel before the payment or during the waiting list, no charges will apply.
